Website queries will usually be dealt with Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm UK time, with occasional cover outside these times. We may not be able to respond to queries on Saturday and Sunday.

These terms and conditions are tailored to the operation of this website.
Our Payment Services Provider is Square who are fully PCI DSS compliant, as are we. We do not have access to your credit card details, but through Square are able to confirm that transactions have taken place and, when necessary, process refunds. We can also accept payments, and process any necessary refunds, through PayPal.
Almost all orders will be fulfilled from stock. If there might be a delay, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
If your order is placed before 2pm UK time, we will post your package that day, subject to the items ordered being in stock. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Postage and packing will be charged at the following rates:
UK orders under £99.99:
£4.95; dispatched within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail Second Class post. Typically, they will take 2-3 days to be delivered.
UK orders of £100 or more:
Free of charge; delivered by Royal Mail First Class post where possible, provided the order is placed before 2pm UK time for Monday – Friday.
Rest of the World orders under £149.99:
£12.95; dispatched within 1-2 working days using the most appropriate shipping method.
Rest of the World orders of £150 or more:
Free of charge; dispatched within 1-2 working days using the most appropriate shipping method.
Customers will receive emails notifying when their orders have been dispatched.
ADDED DELIVERY TIME
Some items may have to be specially ordered from our suppliers as we cannot guarantee to hold all items in stock. These items could add several days to your order, but we will keep you notified you of your orders progress.
You may return products purchased from us within 30 days of the date of purchase, providing they are returned as sold, unused and in their original condition. You will be responsible for the costs of postage. We will refund the cost of the items in full (but not our postage costs) on their return in good condition. You must ensure that they are appropriately wrapped, have the correct postage and are insured. We would recommend that you use “signed for” post.
If you are sent an item that is not what you ordered or is faulty we will either replace it with the correct item, or refund its cost plus the cost of postage.
