These Terms and Conditions represent a binding contract between Stonecott Fine Writing Supplies Ltd and you, the customer. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a requirement for use of this website. Stonecott Fine Writing Supplies Ltd is a shop trading online, and at the occasional pen show around the UK. We are a Limited Company, registered with Companies House and our Registration number is 11788881.
Website queries will usually be dealt with Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm UK time, with occasional cover outside these times. We may not be able to respond to queries on Saturday and Sunday.

SECURITY
Our Payment Services Provider is Square who are fully PCI DSS compliant, as are we. We do not have access to your credit card details, but through Square are able to confirm that transactions have taken place and, when necessary, process refunds. We can also accept payments, and process any necessary refunds, through PayPal.
YOUR ORDER
Almost all orders will be fulfilled from stock. If there might be a delay, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
UK DELIVERY
If your order is placed before 2pm UK time, we will aim to post your package that day, subject to the items ordered being in stock. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Postage and packing will be charged at the following rates:
UK orders:
£4.95; dispatched within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail First Class post. Typically, they will take 1-2 days to be delivered.
European orders:
£12.95; dispatched within 1-2 working days using the most appropriate shipping method.
Rest of the World orders:
£19.95; dispatched within 1-2 working days using the most appropriate shipping method.
Customers will receive emails notifying when their orders have been dispatched.
ADDED DELIVERY TIME
Some items may have to be specially ordered from our suppliers as we cannot guarantee to hold all items in stock. These items could add several days to your order, but we will keep you notified you of your orders progress.
RETURNS
You may return products purchased from us within 30 days of the date of purchase, providing they are returned as sold, unused and in their original condition. You will be responsible for the costs of postage. We will refund the cost of the items in full (but not our postage costs) on their return in good condition. You must ensure that they are appropriately wrapped, have the correct postage and are insured. We would recommend that you use “signed for” post.
If you are sent an item that is not what you ordered, or is faulty or damaged, we will either replace it with the correct item, or a working/undamaged item, or refund its cost plus the cost of postage. For international orders, if the item is not what you ordered, or is faulty or damaged, we will either replace it with the correct item, replaced it with a working/undamaged item or refund its cost plus postage costs up to, but not exceeding, those incurred with the original order.
