Welcome to Stonecott Fine Writing Supplies Ltd, an online shop for fountain pens, ink and associated bits and bobs.

We are proud to say that we were the first UK seller of BENU fountain pens. For further information on these lovely pens check out the BENU website here.

We have also been the first UK stockist of pens from artisan manufacturers in North America; Tailored Pen Company from Kentucky, USA (their website is here) and Butterknife Creations from Ontario, Canada (their website is here).

We also have stocked pens and matching pen cases from an Italian artisan company called Venvstas (pronounced Ven-oo-stas). These stunning pens and cases are handmade from linear carbon fibre, with stainless steel and lead-free brass fittings and titanium nibs, with gold and stainless steel nibs available as well. We are currently out of stock of these magnificent pens but should you wish to buy one please get in contact with his and we’ll discuss a special order for you. In the mean time we also stock the full range of inks from Venvstas, and these are all in stock.

We are also among the first UK sellers of Krishna inks; we currently stock a range of different series’ with more on the way in the very near future. ***OUR COMMITMENT TO BECOMING CARBON NEUTRAL***

We have recently partnered with not one, but two, organisations to help us in our quest to give something back to this wonderful planet of ours.

First, as shown by the new banner at the head of this page, we have partnered with Tree Nation to offset not just our products, but also the carbon generated by our on as they arrive!team and by our website! Every month we have one or more trees planted to offset the carbon generated by our team; every few hundred clicks on the website generates a message to plant a tree to offset the carbon released; and for each item sold we plant a tree on behalf of our customers! In addition to this we have partnered with Sustainable Global Gardens, a small organisation that plant trees to not only offset carbon but to give farmers in poor areas around the world some much-needed income. At the end of each month we send a payment to SGG to ensure one fruit tree is planted for every order received during the month. Fruit trees have been chosen because They don’t just offset carbon, they also produce a viable and valuable crop for the farmers to generate some income.
